I liked The Goonies a lot and I’m really glad I can actually understand all the pop culture references now!
“Hey you guys!”
“Goonies never say die!”
I may or may not be guilty of telling E to do the “truffle shuffle” with me…in the kitchen…baby ruth in hand…haha!
Chunk and Sloth were my favorite characters. I really liked Data as well, but I think Chunk was my over all favorite!
“Everything. OK! I’ll talk! In third grade, I cheated on my history exam. In fourth grade, I stole my uncle Max’s toupee and I glued it on my face when I was Moses in my Hebrew School play. In fifth grade, I knocked my sister Edie down the stairs and I blamed it on the dog… When my mom sent me to the summer camp for fat kids and then they served lunch I got nuts and I pigged out and they kicked me out… But the worst thing I ever done – I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then, t-t-then, I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa – and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life. ”
I also watched Office Space last week (Honestly, I just realized it is Wednesday…I’m on a super lazy schedule of 3-day work weeks and 4-day weekends!) …so anyway, last week.
I laughed at all the appropriate times and strongly related to the printer-bashing. We had a printer at work that I took great pride in chunking into the dumpster!
“It was a “Jump to Conclusions” mat. You see, it would be this mat that you would put on the floor… and would have different CONCLUSIONS written on it that you could JUMP TO. ” HA! You can’t win ’em all…
Milton was by farmy favorite character! Strange because I know several people like him that I want to kill on occasion…
I’m not sure what I’m watching this week. You could look at the schedule I posted but I’ve already deviated from that so you’d probably be out of luck!
Until next time,
