Today I wanted to ask you guys how you deal when you find yourself walking the down the wrong food road. So, how do you get back on track?
The past week, I have found it a struggle to “be good.” Basically, I’ve been gorging myself on fattening, bloat-inducing, and tasty foods. Yesterday I told myself it was the day to get back on track! …and then I had leftover pizza for lunch. I did stay under my calories for the day though, so that was positive. Maybe I am just beginning to burn out.
This must be the hardest part of dieting. It isn’t new and fun anymore. Now it’s boring and sad-making. But being skinner and feeling better is fun and happy-making, so maybe it’s worth the effort!
So how do you guys stay on track or get back on track when you’ve fallen off the wagon?
